What we collect. If you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and the content of your message. If we enter into a business relationship we will additionally collect the counterparty due diligence information described in our KYC pack.

Why we process it. To respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for our legitimate interest in managing business relationships and securing our systems (Article 6(1)(f)); and to meet our legal obligations under anti-money laundering and sanctions legislation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with. Personal data may be shared with our banks, insurers, inspectors, legal and accounting advisers and IT service providers where necessary, and with competent authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it. Enquiry correspondence is kept for [24] months. Counterparty due diligence records and transaction documents are kept for the period required by Maltese anti-money laundering law, currently [5] years after the end of the business relationship.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Requests can be sent to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

This website in its present form sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request.

If analytics, a chat widget, an embedded map or a marketing pixel is added later, this section must be updated and a consent banner added, because those technologies require prior consent under the ePrivacy rules as implemented in Malta.
